2. Why have I not received my order?

If you have not received your product for an extended period of time, we ask that you contact justthrifty_customerservice@gmail.com and they will be happy to assist you.

 

3. Can I check the quality of my product?

Yes, if select the product you want to inspect, you should see the quality level included in the product description

 

4. Can anyone become a local vendor?

Unfortunately, we are currently only offering vendor status to established local thrift vendors.

 

5. Is my clothing safe to wear once I have received it?

We can ensure that each product has been processed in our facility to ensure all merchandise is clean and safe for all. That being said, we strongly recommend washing all clothing before wearing.
